Privacy and Terms of Use

The "Darbni Media" platform is subject to the terms and laws of the Algerian Republic, in accordance with:

  • E-commerce Law (05-18).
  • Personal Data Protection Law (18-07).
  • Algerian intellectual property and digital legislation.
  • Religious and ethical guidelines of Algerian society.

1. Registration and User Terms

  • For Trainees:
    • Must be 16 years or older (or have parental consent).
    • Adherence to dialogue etiquette and non-violation of privacy.
  • For Trainers:
    • Algerian nationality or residency (required for financial transfers).
    • Submission of official documents (ID card, commercial register if official activity).
    • Content provided must not violate Algerian or religious values.

2. Payment Policy and Payments

  • Payment:
    • Through approved Algerian channels (bank transfer, D17, Yassir, CCP).
    • We do not deal with foreign currencies except with a license from the Central Bank of Algeria.
  • Refund:
    • Amount can be refunded within 7 days if training has not started.
    • Amount is not refunded after downloading the educational kit or attending more than 20% of the course.

3. Content and Intellectual Property Policy

  • Prohibited:
    • Copying or distributing training materials without permission.
    • Publishing extremist political, racist, or Sharia-violating content.
  • Trainer Rights:
    • The trainer retains rights to their content, but the platform has non-exclusive marketing rights.

4. Data Protection and Privacy

  • Data Collection:
    • We are committed to data protection under Law 18-07.
    • We do not sell or share data with third parties without consent.
  • User Rights:
    • You can request to delete your account or correct your data at any time.

5. Conduct and Prohibitions

  • Forbidden:
    • Religious or ethnic discrimination.
    • Insulting trainers or trainees.
    • Using the platform for illegal purposes (such as deception or fraud).
  • Penalties:
    • Warning, temporary ban, or permanent ban depending on the violation.

6. Platform Responsibility

  • We do not guarantee:
    • Trainers opinions align with platform policy (but we review content before publishing).
    • Training results (responsibility lies with the trainee and trainer).
  • We commit to:
    • Providing a secure and technically stable platform.
    • Fairly resolving disputes between users.

7. Amendments and Laws

  • Terms are subject to updates according to Algerian laws.
  • Users will be informed of any changes via email or notifications.
